Violet & Purple Inspiration
Purple and violet have conquered our inspirations in this year’s festive season – colors so rare in nature and so wonderful, full of elegance, mystery, royalty and magic.
Blossoming lavender and lavender fields as far as the eye can see are inspiration when creating all the delicate and dreamy violet organza dresses. Inspiration for purple gowns goes back until the ancient times, where purple was so expensive, that only wealthy noblemen were able to afford it. Back in a day, they extracted purple dye from snails, which was extremely complicated process. Tens of thousand of snails were required for a little bit of dye. Purple has remained the symbol of wealth, royalty and extravagance until today.
